Chengdu
Plan pandas early, then connect teahouses, markets, Sichuan food and neighborhood streets at a slower pace.
Arrival and departure
Confirm whether the flight uses Tianfu or Shuangliu Airport before fixing the first and last day. Tianfu is much farther from central Chengdu, so the panda base should never be placed directly after a late arrival.
