Dujiangyan
Follow the irrigation system from its headworks through channels and old-town spaces, with Qingcheng Mountain as an optional second day.
Arrival and departure
Enter through Chengdu, then reach Dujiangyan by intercity rail or private car. Return to Chengdu on the final afternoon for a flight or train, or add a Chengdu night when departure is early.
