- Days 4–7
Zhaoxing
Stay within the Dong village landscape for drum towers, wind-and-rain bridges, rice fields and the Tang'an walking route.
Arrival and departure
Enter by Guiyang or Kaili South railway station and use Kaili as the first base. Continue to Zhaoxing through Congjiang, then depart from Congjiang high-speed-rail station instead of returning to Kaili.
Why this route works
The route uses Kaili for nearby village visits, then high-speed rail or private transfer to Congjiang for several nights around Zhaoxing and Tang'an.
